Service Agreement

Computer Camera System provides professional security camera installation, computer repair, and networking services. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1- Scope of Work

Computer Camera System provides professional security camera installation, computer repair, and networking services, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration as agreed with the client.

2- Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional services outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

3- Customer Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide safe access to the property, equipment, and required permissions needed to perform the services.

4- Warranty & Liability

Warranty applies only to the same issue serviced and does not cover new or unrelated problems. Computer Camera System is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, third-party equipment, power issues, or misuse.

5- Data & Privacy

Computer Camera System is not responsible for data loss. Clients are strongly advised to back up their data before service. All accessed data will remain confidential.

6- Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee..

7- Acceptance

By scheduling or accepting service, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
